Yoga to increase immunity and overall health.

One thing that the current pandemic has made us realize is the importance of strong immunity and a healthy body. When the whole world was locked down to slow down the spread of the corona virus, and people were forced to sit at home people were least bothered about the sinking economy and closed the workforce, all everybody was worried about was their low immunity and way to save themselves from the deadly virus.

It’s been nearly six months and Covid cases are exponentially increasing day by day. We are nowhere near the release of the vaccine. But one thing that can keep people healthy and immune is regular health activities.

Among all the other health activities I want to talk about yoga here because I am a yoga teacher and I know the effect yoga has on a person’s immunity, overall health, and mental well-being.

So here are a few asanas that you can do to increase your immunity and overall health.

  1. Ustrasanas (Camel Pose)

  2. Verbhadrasana

  3. Bhujangasana

  4. Sarpasana

  5. Pranayama

These yoga poses including the pranayama effect lungs and increases lung capacity.
