Personalized Plan: A custom therapy package is created, integrating Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chakra wisdom. You are assigned a dedicated teacher.
Consultation & Assessment: We review your medical reports and perform a thorough assessment to understand your needs.

No prior yoga experience is necessary to join our Yoga Classes. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the practices and modify them as needed to meet your individual needs and abilities.
The frequency of yoga practice needed to see results can vary depending on individual factors. However, we recommend attending our Yoga Therapy Classes for Thyroid at least 4-5 times per week to see improvements in symptoms and overall well-being.
It depends on the individual health condition. We recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, including yoga. Our experienced instructors will also work with you to modify the practices as needed to accommodate any health concerns or limitations.
