Sunita started her career in yoga in the year 2018. It has been three years of yogaful journey for her. She believes that Yoga is not just a form of exercise, it’s a therapy for physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional well-being. It aligns mind, body, and breath. She has been able to bring change in people’s lives through yoga by connecting with them at a deeper level.
